Hello all, I'm working on my 99 4dr Tahoe and plan on running long tube headers to the passenger side with dual cats like the stock configuration in hopefully about the same location.

So Dual 2.5" bullet style converters to the (2.5" in and single 3" out) Gibbson muffler with a dump. Or maybe in front of rear pass tire like it now with the stock set up.

In my plans to do an SAS, I may have fond a 10 bolt for the front, so i'll need a np241 passenger side drop transfer case, unlike the the stock 243 driver side that's in there now.

So my Question is, has anyone ran a set up like this or had any luck with it? Will it fit or will there be to much mumbo jumbo going on on the pass side for this set up?

Thanx Joe

do the sas first then see what you can do to the exhaust. assuming emissions isnt an issue.

Why don't you source a Ford axle so you can keep your drivers side drop tcase?

Just collecting all the parts for SAS right now. I already have all the main exhaust components. Being that the gas tank is on the driver side, i can only run the pipes on the pass side.
