Looking at purchasing a 2003 GMC 2500 SLT Duramax. It has 136,000 miles and It recently had the injectors replaced. Is there anything else I should look for on it? Also is it a good or bad idea to buy one with the LB7 motor?

The LB7 is a great motor, and you should be set for another 150-200k if the injectors were done properly and you take care of them. There arent a whole lot of problems that I know of with the LB7..

What he said^
It's just as good as any of the other duramaxs besides the common injector problem. But since they have been done you should be fine.
Just keep good fuel in it and replace the fuel filter often. (at least once a year)

Look for transfer case pump rub. I found that out first hand.
