i just bought a 91 seirra with a 305 tbi in it i am look to get some more power out of it i am not looking to build a race truck but i want to be able to smoke the tires off it for fun what would be some cheap power adders for these motors i have always had carbed engines so not sure what to do with a tbi for cheap torque any help will be appreciated

I would say full exhaust headers back, intake, and TBI spacer. Depends on how much you would like to spend on it.

Tune-up stuff first (plugs, cap/rotor, possible wires, make sure fuel pressure is correct, etc.). TBI spacer, possible different intake, headers, different gears. You'd be surprised how much power you can make with an SBC and TBI. Smoking the tires and 305ci in a 4,000lb+ truck are seldom in the same sentence though, unless it's a built 305 making decent power up top.

i have done a tbi spacer and injector pod spacer what would be a good intake and what would be a good set of posi gears for it that would still be half decent for the highway

I have a 93 with a 305 TBI myself, I found putting the K&N intake and filter really opened it up at WOT, now I'm trying to find a replacement paper filter instead of the K&N junk since I read they let too much dirt into the engine.
I also ground the ridges of the edges of the bores in the TB itself (ultimate TBI mods basically) that helped too. Ditching the factory cat for a high flow will help a lot aswell. I ran a tbi spacer for a while and had issues with the truck running lean on the highway. Other people have run them with success though
So:
Intake (only gains will be at WOT)
Ultimate TBI mods
High flow cat.
As for your gear question, what size tires are you running? If you are running 29" 3.73 or 4.10 should do it.

Ditch the manifolds and get a cheap set of full length headers...
