hey everyone, looking to know whats best for offsets.
i drive a 98 chevy, regular cab short box, with a 3 inch body lift, 6 inch suspension lift, and a bunch of other stuff... so i bought 37x13.50r17 super swamper tsl's and now im looking at finding rims, but ill admit im clueless about what i should get for an offset, i know i want a negative but don't know how much would be best? i want enough offset that its not going to rub but not to much where ill have tires that stick out 5 inches.. any and all information anyones willing to give would be appreciated and pictures even to if you don't mind, this truck is my baby and i really want to get the right rims!
thanks! :)

I have 285/75/16 tires on my truck in my sig and the wheels have a 4.51 BS, I would say that amount of back space or so.

... in the OP she is using inches... why would she need it to be converted to metric (or Canadian from your neck of the woods)...

Well with a 13.50 inch wide tire a wheel with 4.51 in. or 4.75 in BS would work well I think and with a 6 in lift and 3 in body lift you won't have rubbing issues.

i'd go with a x10 or x12 wheel with 4.5 to 5" backspacing

x2 ^ Can't believe no one else chimmed in.
4.5" backspacing is the common backspacing ran with your setup/rim size. You should have minimal trimming with a 10" wide wheel.

I think that when you look on web sites now a days everything is in milimeters. So you have -25 or -12 or just plain 0. Some people doesn't know what that equates to. There is a good write up about this on Gmfullsize.com I will look for it.
