Few Questions with a 99 chev 1500 express van.

Hi guys,

My nieghbor just bought a '99 Chevy 1500 express van and he has a few questions.

1) does this van have a cabin air filter, if so where is it located?

2) What size lights are needed for the radio illumination?

3) Interior roof lights, how do you replace the bulbs? (they are the kind you angle the housing so far and they turn on, return them to center they turn off)

4) The speedo sticks, Do you think its a bad connection or bad motor in the gauge? (cruise WORKS just fine)


I have not been able to go there and try to answer some of this myself, just trying to get a general Idea before I go over there.
