Cam break in rockers

Hey everyone. I am getting ready to put a comp cam xe268 in my 86 chevy 350. I have the whole kit with the valve springs and all. My question is, do i have to use break in rockers to break in the cam or is there other ways of doing it?

You can use 1.3 ratio rockers, but if your spring pressures are 100/seat 300/open or less, you're going to be okay hooking it all up and breaking it in.
