How Do The Custom Factory-Looking Speaker Boxes Sound That Goes Under The Rear Seat?

I have a 1997 Silverado Extended Cab. I am thinking about buying one of the custom speaker boxes that fits under the rear bench seat. But, because the speakers would be facing down, I was just curious as to how they would sound. Does anyone have this type of setup? Would love to hear opinions. Thanks!
