anyone running these? I would go with longer ones to help keep them toned down some. Right now I have a 2 in 2 out flowmaster muffler, 50 series I believe, its rusting out on the back end of it, so I would replace it with 2 of the cherry bombs. How loud are they?

Honestly, I had a 98 Yukon with the 5.7. I have stock manifolds, stock cats, all I did was swap out stock muffler to a 10'' glass pack and I had a deep throaty tone with no rasp. Sounded really good. I never got the popping sound. I had it go from dual 2.5'' to a single 3'' tailpipe.

Ok, cool thanks, I will need 2 of them, and I no longer have cats, so it will be a little louder.

i want to do a summit glasspack with my stock tail pipe. im thinknig of guttin my cat too as it rattles and it annoys me. anyone have videos of these trucks with single glass pack? hard to find any all i find are people who do duals or true duals and i dont like that fad. costs more money and i dont want o see tips anyways so single is way to go for me. i have dumped cb extreme right now asnd it doesnt sound as good as id like and its loud inside

Just an update, finally got around to doing this, I have no cats, stock manifolds, now true duals with thrush glasspacks, they look identical to the cherry bombs. I got the 30" total length ones and I like them, quiet down enough down the highway, but when I get on it, it barks!
