Does anyone know where to buy a good set of seat covers for bucket seats with the fold down arm rest in a 97 suburban. Already tried the ones from Walmart and swiftly returned them.

Precisionfit, Wet Okole, Katskinz...those are all nice covers that are a custom fit.

Hatchie bottom and wet okole are your best bet for covers to go over your exsisting seats. Katzkin are replacement covers that require you to remove the old cover and basically re-upholster the seat. All great lines but they also all come at a price. But like a lot of things, you get what you pay for.

FWIW,

Several months ago, I installed Wet Okole's on my buckets (w/ inside fold down arm rest) and on my rear bench. Since they are 100% neoprene, they do smell like neoprene. However, like my neoprene shortie (for kayaking) and neoprene waders (fiishing/hunting) the smell has diminished some since new. Still there, but not nearly as strong as it was. Whether or not it'll come back stronger during the hot summer months, I can't say one way or the other...
