p1218: I understand this deals with the "injection pump timing calibration circuit". my bud says " The only time I had that code appear was when I ran without a resistor in my PMD. " which tells me that It should be the resistor. Have you recently changed or relocated the PMD/FSD? The code is telling you it is not there, but the truck should run fine without it. It will just run like you had a #1 resistor in it.
p0236: Faulty MAP Sensor.
po722: Output Speed Sensor No Signal
p1214: injection pump timing offset,
p0118: Engine Coolant Temp. Sensor Circuit - High Input
hope this helps!!! you can use this as a reference!

map sensor failure is common, check to make sure it bolted tightly to the manifold and plugged in.
