Tire size for dropped 1997 GMC

My son has a 1997 GMC with a 3"/4" drop. The front drop is with springs. He is currently running 275x45x20 tires on Velocity rims. The tires are rubbing in front on the backside when turning. He wants to change tires. What would be a good size to go with to eliminate this rubbing??? Also best place to buy.

Down one size. I like to buy tires by the set from local small truck shops, they seem to be able to sell me the set for the best deals around.

just go with the tire size he already bought lol, 255/45/20
