Just a column from a 88-94 (no air bag) that has tilt.
Things to note about the tilt column.
The lock and tumblers are different and not compatable so you will need a new key.
Some columns have Cruise control and some dont, Adding cruise to the column is as simple as running the wiring but hard because you have to dismantle a good part of the top of the column to get it in right.
Some columns have delay wiper switch some dont, again simple replacement but you have to remove a good part of the top of the column to replace the switch, even more than the cruise wiring.
Manual and automatic trans use a different column but they will both mount to any 88-94 truck.
95-02 column is different and will not mount to the dash of the 88-94 but will mount to the floor, and the intermittent shaft (column to gear box) is different as well.
Intermittent shaft is the same on 88-94 tilt and non tilt trucks.
I hope this helps you get the column you need and want.

You'll need a tilt column without cruise from an 88 to 94. From steering wheel down to the steering box. Anything 95 or newer will not work due to air bags. If you go to a salvage yard for parts, which I'm sure you could find, make sure the column has the keys with it unless you plan to change the cylinder. If you plan on a new cylinder, then the keys aren't an issue.

The cruise control is mainly limited to the turn signal lever and a wire that runs down the column. You can use your turn signal lever from your standard column and just unplug the cruise lever from the area just behind the lever. You will not need the intermitent shaft (part between the gearbox and column) they are the same between the 2 types of columns.

I have done several and it bolts in just like the old one comes out. I can get a column out of these trucks in about 20 minutes and a new one in, in about 30 minutes.

Nice nice . Ok so all I should need is a tilt column without cruise from 88-94, and a steering wheel down to the steering box?

It's all one piece. I just went from tilt to non tilt, too bad you don't live close, I would sell you my old column.

get the intermetant shaft if you want but most yards will charge more for them. Your shaft will be the same as the tilt shaft. Firewall to steering wheel is all you need.

I went from an automatic transmission to a manual and I only had a non tilt manual column, I may eventually switch back to tilt if I find one, but I really don't need to.

beware of the 88-92! I put the whole column out of a 92 into my 93 and it wouldnt alow my trans to shift. 93 and 94 are 4L60E non PWM ( electronic ), 88-92 are just 700R4. one of the plug ins on the older column wasnt the same, forgot witch one but was confused as **** for a few min when it wouldnt shift from first gear.
