03 NBS park indicator out.

Just bought this truck and this is one of the problems that needs fixed. The PRND21 does not light up. Is this fixable? I found a used indicator on ebay that I would need to solder in but the seller said the problem is usually the power supply not the part it self.

My truck has the same issue. Occasionally it'll give off a bit of light, but most of the time its out.

I'm home in a week, I'll tear into my cluster and let you know.
