Hey guys,
I picked up a 2002 Tahoes headlight switch to swap in my 88 OBS Reg Cab. I am building a fiberglass interior (dash,console, door panels, etc). I am having a very hard time locating the wiring diagram for the NBS headlight switch. I have the harness and plug for it. Main reason I went with this headlight switch is for Dome Override. It is not an Auto-Headlight/DRL switch. Just OFF-ParkLight-Headlights. And then the Dome Override button.
I looked at the OBS swap info, but that swap is for a different headlight switch, 95-98. I need 99-2006.
I have checked Haynes, Chiltons, and a couple online sites with no damn luck.
Does anyone either have access to this particular diagram, or know of a site where I can find it? I will even pay for it. It is very important that I find out what wires are what with this switch. There are several more wires than my OBS switch.
Also, does anyone have any idea how I may be able to hook up the Dome Override button?? I see a purple/white wire that I believe is the Override wire. Would I just connect this to a door trigger wire?
I would get out there and start testing things, but the interior/wiring is torn up for the new interior build, plus no battery or any electrical at the moment.
