I don't think they will work for the front. They may fit in the rear. Wheel offset is everything. I have a 4/6 on my 07 classic. The wheels are 20x8.5 with a +35 offset. Tires are 275/45/20. The 305's are 1.86" taller and 1.18" wider than what I'm running.

Thanks should i just trade my 22s for a set of 20s? And can i get a pick of your truck with your rims? Thanks for the advice to i appreciate it.

Or could i run a smaller tire on my 22s and not have any issues?

It all depends on the offset. When you go that low the wheels need to be inside the fenders. If the offset is +30/35 then you can go with a shorter tire. I stayed with the 20's because I wanted more sidewall. The shorter sidewall looks good, but offer less protection from potholes, etc. The offset for the 20's I had before were +18. There was no way they were going to work with a 4/6. Your 2000 might be a little different, but it should be fairly close.
