Exhaust issue...

So my truck i have a dual exhaust with the exhaust coming out at 45s out the back. I am putting in a 3 inch body lift. What can i do to raise my pipes up with the body lift?

Go to an exhaust shop and have them install different hangers and possibly add pipes that are bent at different angles.

That would probably be the only thing i can do right? because i really dont want to chop them out because I just put it in less than a year ago.
