Hey guys, new to the site here but I've owned my Truck for about 8 years now. Its an 87 V10 5.0 with the 4 speed overdrive trans. From what I understand that would make it a New Process A883 trans. Well my syncros into second are going and I'm pretty sure my input shaft bearing are on their way out too, I want to leave the truck with the set up it has but I can not find this trans anywhere. So I was hoping you guys might be able to give me some direction as to where I can get my hands on a rebuilt one... I've been looking around for about a month and no one really seems to know where to get one and all the ones I come across in the junk yards are the 1:1 final drive version and I like my overdrive. So any help would be appreciated, thanks.
