Hey guys, my names steven, and i just bought a 94 chevy k1500 for $800.
I don't know what trim package it is. I think its a silverado, but im not sure how to tell.
it does have the z71 off road package, founf that out when I checked all the rpo codes.
its got a 5.7 L tbi, with 227k miles. Although it runs like new.
it's a bit beat up, but it runs great. When I bought it, it ran great only in reverse though.
it had no forward gears. I pulled the transmission and had it rebuilt. Unfortunately it failed
smog test here in california.
Things I've done so far:
Transmission rebuild,
new catalytic converter,
New egr valve,
oil and filter change,
replaced radiator,
New dizzy cap, plug wires, plugs, air filter.
Ran out of money,
Overdrew bank account,
Neglected to save money for rent.
made my girlfriend rue the day she met me.
Will post pictures as soon as I figure out how

seeing as how I recently lost my job (right before I bought my truck) I will have plenty of time on my hands.
