87 tbi transmission kick down question

I have a 87 with a tbi and a turbo 375b (almost the same as a turbo 400) just rebuilt and shifts great and will kick down if i run a jumper to the kick down silonid (sp) on the trans. What I need to know does the ecm control this?? I can not find the wiring secmatic for it no where to start trouble shooting this it is the factory trans and has never been swaped but there is no switch under the dash or on the throttel any where ! I need some help with this bad hat not having a kick down !!

PCM didn't do anything with shifting until '92+, only controlled the TCC lockup solenoid on late 700r4's.

Must need a vacuum switch..
