so i have a 1993 chevy silverado. been lurking on the site for a long time. done a ton of work to my truck and im going to post a build thread soon. learned a lot on this site. one of the absolute best forums im on. (im on caferacer.net, focusfanatics.com, cbrforum.com, gmt400.com,and dootalk.com)

anyways, heres my question. i did the drac/vssb recalibration mod with the dip switch this weekend. now being as my truck is a 93, it should have a vssb module requireing two dip switches. correct? well upon opening the case up, it had only one bank of jumpers, not two. so. heres my question, could my truck have come with a drac module from the factory with only the 7 jumpers? or are the drac and vssb modules interchangeable? my speedometer works fine. i calibrated it to my tires and gears (35's and 3.42's, i know....not good. getting 4.10's or 4.56's iin a few months) but it just seems odd that this module was different. could my truck be a bastard child crossover year of the old style as i believe '92 was the last known year? just looking for some info. thought id share my experinece with everyone. thanks for looking.
