Just ordered this

http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_38382_300W-Rockford-Fosgate-Kenwood-Bass-Bundle.html

Im going to put it in a 93 GMC Sierra Extended Cab

Any advice on the install? Routing wires, amp/box placement etc.

Ive actually never installed an amp or sub before but I know the jist of how to do it.

Also, how do you guys feel about Bass Blockers? I have 4x6s in my dash and some 3-way 6.5 in the rear. Would it be worth buying some for those?

Thanks for the help.

run your power on the side the battery is on and run your rcas on the other side.
i have my amp bolted to the rear of the cab and my box is on the seat for now,
as far as the bass blocker idk but it wouldnt hurt to try them . if you do post the info on them and if they work as i could use something like that to. thanks

first off, what kind of box are you getting?

Not sure. the website recommends a sealed enclosure, .5 - .85 cubic feet. I may build one, or I may just buy one of those cheap boxes from Wal mart since its such a low power, inexpensive system.

After looking through the stickied install thread, I will probably just do this
