I think they are as follows:
1,low or no voltage to maf
2,tps
3, bank 1 rich
correct me if I am wrong, also what is a good code reader, I am looking into a inquus 3160 "innova" any good?

The Innova 3160 is a decent scanner, but it's certainly not "Professional level". Still, if I have a code (Like I did this past friday) I'll usually pull this one out just to check and see what it is. If I need to get very deep at all then the EFILive box comes out.
as for codes, just enter anything that pops up in Google and you'll get everything you want.
