Hey folks I'm looking for some help. The situation is this. 94 chevy silvie with a 4/6. The front is 2"springs and 2" lca's. The truck has a 4.3. The back is tucked nicely but the front looks like a reverse rake. Its all a DJM kit from stylin concepts. The truck is under construction but also a daily driver. what should i do to get the front end lower?

3" springs.
I would also reconsider those LCAs. Most drop LCAs are not meant to be used with drop springs. Using them this way can result in abnormal wear on the lower balljoints, possibly leading to failure. I know of several who tried LCAs with drop springs (including myself). I caught my balljoints in time and replaced them, but several were not so fortunate. Some even had them fail while driving. Not cool at all.

you should put the stock lca's back on and get 3" springs and 2" spindles IMO

You can get by, but it would be a good idea to put it on your list to be done eventually.

HMMMM.... I have 2" LCA's and 2" springs on the front of my 93 and it sits up too. However, I was told by DJM to go this way and that it should align just fine. It didn't, now I am contemplating buying the UCA's and cutting 1/2 coil off my 2" springs. How would that combination be? I have always run springs/spindles in the past, but was told this was the "correct" to lower it.

I would too, but don't have the stock lowers anymore... :(
I may buy the uppers and see what it yields. Surely if DJM told me to run that combo then they have corrected any ball joint issues between the spindle and lower... Fingers crossed!
