Some of you may have seen my thread earlier from where I got rear-ended and pushed into another car. Thankfully I got the truck out of the body shop today and still have some insurance money left over. Its been quite a while since I have posted here, so I will try and keep the pictures coming as parts come in.

Here are a few pictures before the wreck to catch you up:

How it all started

Plastidipped the brush guard and toolbox

And here is how it sits now with an '06 front clip:

I promise picture quality will get better! College really puts a damper on the photo shoots. It has a 5.3L, 3rd rear end with a G80 and 3.43s, 3in RC spindles, 2in spacers, 3in blocks, 1.5' AAL, 265/75 Duratracs 10" subs, 1000w amp, Flowmasters and HID converted Hellas. With the insurance money, I was able to get a Warn brush guard to hold a Mile Marker winch I got from a friend and a Curt class IV hitch. One of my shocks was bent in the wreck, and that's where I need help. Z71 shocks were fine with the 3" blocks, but throw on the AAL and they are just too short. Does anyone have Rancho or Bilstein part numbers for front and rear shocks? Ive been so busy with school, I havent had time to do any research. Any and all input is appreciated!

hmmm kinda stumped on that one, I got mine from topguncustomz.com the front would fit fine seeing as I have the same up front but am lacking the AAL in the back like yours. The front shocks are good for 4-6" of lift and the rear are good for 2-4". You could try emailing them and seeing what they say. But the truck is looking good man!

UPDATE

That's how she sits now. And like any truck, its never really done. It was already raked out some after I put the AAL in, which I didn't mind. When I added the winch, it squatted it another inch or so, which I was expecting. Since it's got about 2.5" of rake, either the back has to get smaller blocks or the front has to come up. It has stock coils with 2" spacers now, and I know the stock springs have sagged some over the years. Id like to get some heavier duty coils to try and compensate for the weight. What are yall's suggestions? Ive looked at Springtech lift coils, but am not sure that would really solve my weight issue.

I have springtech coils and seems my truck rides pretty rough now. They get the advertised lift though.
To clarify, truck is fine going down road but on bumps and pot holes it's pretty rough.

Might be angle of pic but your truck looks level

Ive always heard those are a little stiff, but I think the extra 150lbs Ive got hanging out front may actually help in that case. Are you running 2" or 3"?

Its the angle. Its got about 2" worth of rake as it sits, which isnt THAT bad. After it's been level once, it seems like a lot though

2.5" coils.
