well i decided a few weeks back to restore and rebuild my 93 2500 4x4 . i bought the truck earlier this year for a work truck, i only paid 1400 with a plow. truck was in good shape for the money, took it home and started on it , i had a 89 with alot of new parts , but the frame snapped . So i put the nose on the 93 which i pulled off a 2 wheel drive , new manifolds , fixed the floor rot , and painted all the interior black , truck was fine all summer then things started to go . So heres my list of new, heating and cooling system , fuel system, every sensor on motor , transfer case, u joints, windshield, shocks exhaust , and i am sure theres more . Now the tranny went so i started the swap today going to a 465 4 speed from a 4l80, i got the old tranny out today , gonna pull the 465 out in the morning. gonna have to remember the camera, i have no pics of the truck cause it was just another work truck, but now i have replaced so much i have decided to do a resto on it and retire her from work, i always wanted to redo a oobs , but now i am already half way there with this one. After the tranny swap the bed is coming off, so i can sand and paint the frame , gonna order a bushing kit to replace all of them and do a body lift at that point , then some 35s. My list after that is bucket seats , then the interior is done , putting in a tilt column during the tran swap, squirt the truck in primer cause i want to get a cowel hood before i paint it, probaly going to put the newer grill and headlights on as well. The motor i am not sure about maybe just cam, heads and intake. or go 383 , not to worried about that yet. i will try to get pics up as soon as possible , right now your not missing much, single cab 8' bed , black primer fenders and doors, red cab and bed.

well another greasy day with no camera, but the 465 is out of the parts truck. today was alot easier now that i know were all the bolts are. wont be able to get back at it till the weekend , really sucks not having a garage or i would still be out there.

got the flywheel and clutch in, and realized my oil pan has a rusty leak , so i got to put in a new pan in the morning . The 465 is all set to go in once i change the oil pan. hopefully i can make some good progress tomorrow as long as i dont find anything else wrong with my truck
