The plug-n-play leds in those switches work but they dont do the best job. If you want the best lighting retrofit your own LED's in them like I did.

If ya still want the size hold on and I'll find it

T4 Neo Wedge for the window switches, and T3 Neo Wedge for the door lock switch.

Do you recall what resistors you used for the driver and passenger side? Or the website?

edit: It looks like you did your power mirror with LEDS too? How difficult is that to do and what size bulbs/resistors were used? I have read no write-ups on anything about the power mirror switches so I'm curious.

For my Retro-fitted switches I used 3mm blue Leds---------------> http://www.unique-leds.com/index.php?target=products&product_id=1934

The resistors I used (1 per LED) in window switches---------------> http://www.unique-leds.com/index.php?target=products&product_id=1828
And I used the same resistors in the mirror switch but I used 1 per 2 LEDs (due to space limitations)

To do the Mirror switches its reasonably easy. Alot of people don't realize they light up too.

Window switches were the easiest ones to do.

If ya want I can get ya some pics.

I would love some pics of your mirror switch if it wouldn't be much of a problem. I'm glad to hear it's a reasonable mod, because I was having trouble finding any info about it.

I have 95 k1500 with power windows and mirrors. Does anyone have a clue what size thoes two little bulbs are? They are two different sizes. On the passenger side turf is only 1. It is a different size then the other 2 on the drivers side. Oh and what size are the little one's for the power mirror switch?

Why would I need a relay? I pulled the original bulbs out and the bulbs are in some sort of a twist lock thing. Seems to me like I would just order the identical twist lock but in led and drop and turn them in with a small flat screwdriver. Am I missing something?

Are you talking the little bulb out of the original twist lock bulb holder then replacing ot with a bi-pin type led??

Ok I will check the leds you pointed out on eBay. Myself I have changed out all of the 194's inside the cab including the the ones on the inside of both doors. The dome light and the two map lights all of them are the white leds very cool.

Ok here is what is going on in my 1995 k1500, got the 3mm bi pin leds for my power mirror switch, went to the junk yard and pulled a power mirror switch out of a 95 tahoe, took it apart lots of little pieces, snipped the new bi pins to the length of the stock originals, put it all back together. Time consuming. So it isn't all that easy. I will post back when I do mine out of my truck. The bi pins don't fit in all that well after cutting them down to fit in the switch. Good luck.
