guys i have a 1990 rcsb with power windows and locks ,first should the switches for the power options be lighted at night when the lights are on? second is there supposed to be a door buzzer ,or something to remind you your lights are on after youve turned the truck off. if so, how do i check it out . thanks for any help you can offer.....Jim

No lights for any of the switches, who knows what crack the GM engineers were smoking when they came up with that one.
My '92 doesn't have any kind of buzzer either. Thinking they just didn't have them back then. Had an old '93 lumina that was the same way years ago.

My 92 silverado has the warning buzzer there is a possiblity that yours is broken or that someone before you took it out, its under the dash on the firewall in that block of wires and relays above where your left foot would be, its a black box about two or three inches tall, an inch wide and an inch or two deep with terminals on the back that plug into the factory wiring, look in your local wrecking yards it shouldn't be to hard to find one.
Oh i forgot the door and window switches dont light up in the 88-94s :whatever: I would like to swap some in that did its kinda stupid that the factory didnt
