Throttle body spacers have little to no affect on dry intakes and your factory air cleaner and duct work is a cold air system.

Total waste of time unless you are doing alot more to the engine.

I agree you need to do alot more or it won't be worth your money.

tb spacer does absolutely nothing, as far as the intake, make one out of pvc and paint it and connect to the stock box, or buy the airraid modular tube and connect it to the stock box, i got an aluminum tube from one of those ebay kits from my uncle for free, and i noticed a nice increase in throttle response, a closed box is much better as far as cold air is concerned, than an open box, i used a k&n drop in filter in the stock box with a smooth tube and it worked great

Good choice on the modular tube, but the spacer does NOTHING, not an opinion thing, it's a fact. Can't work on a dry intake.

one where the fuel is introduced after the throttle body...tb spacers only work on 88-95 trucks and the old carb spacers work on older trucks

and you probably created more of a hassle than anythings by getting the spacer, just makes the tube more difficult to line up, and all u will get from it is maybe a whistle

Absolutely not. 0hp to be gained, and after a few years it will likely die.

Recipe to make 5.3L fun:
#1-Custom Tune
#2-longtube headers and exhaust
#3-higher stall torque converter

Bolt-ons are gimmicks. Will drain your wallet for nearly no real gains.

x2!....do exactly those things and you will be faster than 90% of the other nnbs trucks on the road, and for less money than most worthless bolt ons, just the tune and headers will make a huge difference, converter will make it awesome, just depends on if ur willing to do that
