I have 99 silverado with 2 12 inch punch2 rockford fosgate subs with a rockford fosgate power series 1000 watt amplifier. I was thinking about get 2 12 in crossfire bmf subs but I don't know anything about them. If you have some or know anything about them please help me out. Thanks!

They're lower mid level subs, but looking at their specs. I don't personally have any experience with these subs, but they would probably be a small step up from your P2's. Depending on what you're paying for them, There could possibly be better options for you. What is it your current subs don't to/aren't that you're wanting them to? Are they not loud enough, don't play low enough, aren't accurate enough?

Well I've had some problems with my P2s before but I just can't get them to sound right and i do not have the amp turned up that much at all bc i do understand that amp is pretty strong. Like one time i had to send the P2s back to fosgate because it almost sounded as if the speaker was worn out and when it went through its excursions on the lower notes (which is what i really enjoy) it would make this nasty noise. That noise sounded like it was bottoming out and it was so nasty I just couldn't stand to listen to them. So I've decided to.try a different speaker and bmf is kind of what I'm looking at. They're heavy and I have heard good things about them and yeah the price isnt bad. I think they could jam louder hitting all the mid to lower notes better and i also think they could handle the amp better so i can actually turn it up and get some use out of it

Those p2's have a notoriously "loose" suspension that will allow them to reach their peak excursion prematurely. If the bmf has a stronger suspension, I'd say go for it.

Used to be a guy back in the day that had a Chevy Blazer with a bunch of Crossfire subs and Earthquake amps. Sounded good doing it also. He used to come to all the local shows, idk the numbers he put up though.
