First off, let me preface with...

Anywho, my wheels were mismatched from the guy I purchased it from. Three were matte with cosmetic rivets, one was mirror finish. To fix this, I did what any normal American man would do... I did it myself, with stuff from Home Depot. America, f*ck yeah.
Moving on.
Here's what I was working with:

I taped off the center cap with some masking tape and saran wrap, then went to town with some microfiber rags, isopropyl alcohol, and a 100/150grit sanding block. I cleaned them again with another microfiber rag and some more alcohol, then used some JB Weld Steel Stik to fill in the holes. I then sanded again, and shot them with some Rustoleum automotive primer. It dries a very muddy looking gray... No turning back now!

Here's wifey helping, as always:

With about two hours, limited tools, lack of patience and a strong crosswind, here's where we're at:

And from afar...

For $40, I'm happy. :aniteef: I will need to wait for this to cure for about 48 hours, then I'll wet-sand with a buffing wheel to take out some of the little bumps--the JB weld ended up expanding :teddy:, then add another coat, wait 2 hours, wet-sand, add a coat of clear, and done!
