WTB good 8" factory subwoofer

[PT'S 70 CST]

I am looking for a factory 8" woofer to replace the one that is blown it my 2002 Tahoe. I do not want to fool with putting a new amp and all that stuff. Any of you guys that have upgraded must have a good factory one lying around.

its from a 2002 suburban but should be the same subwoofer. works i just tested it on a radio real quick. i pulled it from a wrecked suburban.

say 30bucks shipped?

Man I wish I had gotten back on the site. I have been very busy lately and wound just buying a new one and it will be here tomorrow. If for some reason it does not work I will let you know. I bought a cheap 8" 4 ohm sub off of ebay. I may still want it for $20.00 shipped.

ok well let me know.
your new sub might not be as loud as the older one because its 4ohm so it wont pull as much power from the factory amp as it would with a 2ohm speaker.
but your call. slap it in and give it a listen. maybe just hold it in the box so you dont put screw marks on the sub and then they wont take it back.

Man I bought a POS Boss sub thinking I would save a buck and guess what it sounds like it is blown right out of the box. My wife is fussing about her Tahoe being torn apart so I broke down and went and bought a JBL Audio sub so I could put it back together. Sorry if I wasted your time. I would stick that thing on ebay and you will be surprised at how many people are looking for a good factory sub.
