will a sub box for 2 12s that was in a 04 z71 fit in my obs?

My buddy is about to sell his 04, and he has a under the seat sub box for 2 12s he said he would sell me, will it fit?Its a extended cab and so is mine, and the box sits on the floor under the back seat. Thanks for reply's ahead of time need to know cause he has two others looking at it,
