First off, this forum is awesome. So much info here.

On to my topic..

Have a 92 all factory Yukon. I know from my searches here that it did not come with keyless since they didn't put it in these until 95ish(?). Anyway, I have this little keyless system that came with actuators that my father bought but was wanting to put it in this truck to work the factory locks. What wires am I looking for and do I need relays?

This is what the diagram has for the wires coming from unit:
Red +
Black -
Blue
Green
White (1)
Brown (1)

White (2) <----- Spare Negative Trigger
Brown (2) <----- Spare Negative Trigger

Help if at all possible. Thank you in advance.

So while waiting, I have continued searching for answers and found this:

commandocaralarms.com/wiring/1992-1994/Gmc/Yukon/631. html

and this one:
store.gaugemagazine.com/ProductImages/autoloc/manuals/KL550. pdf

is from a maker of keyless and alarm systems but on page 2 it shows some schematics. Particularly the Negative locking system diagram, which I think is what this truck is, and doesn't need the "bypass" or extra relays. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I just want to be sure now that tapping into the existing wires going to the factory actuators will get me where I want to be. Or do I need to cut them and butt connect the module in?

(Please copy and paste the link addresses into your browser and delete the space before the .html and .pdf since I cant post links yet)

Still working on this. Just don't want to screw anything up.
