Hi all I'm new to the forum and I'm looking to do some work to my tr
uck to bump up the horsepower . I have 2003 suburban z71 e fans flowmaster exhaust with Hedmen headers, Cai I was wonder what a good cam/ head combo or maybe a stroker kit if one exist would be best for good power. I know you all probably been asked this a million times so thanks for any help
