I want to regear my truck

I have a 90 stepside that had a v6 and 3:08 gears i believe and now has a 350, I'm wanting to be running about 2500 rpm at about 65 or 70mph, and right now I'm running about 1800rpm at 65 and I hate it, I don't have the power I want at that rpm, I'm wanting at least 3:73 because I think that would get me where I want, what kind of rpm is everyone pulling at what speed and what gears

What size tires do you have? I'm trying to use the calculator on ringpinion.com, but I need to know that first.

And with my stock LT265/75R16s, 350/4L60E and 3.73 gears, its about 1800rpm at 65. Of course, I'm at least slightly concerned with fuel mileage, so 2500rpm with a 350 would suck it down like a spring break college girl with daddy issues.
