One Quick 4/6 Drop Question

I have a 1991 stepside as my daily and live in the northwest where we do get our share of snow. The only thing holding me back on doing the drop is if I can still run my 235/75R15 studs in the winter. Can you still clear that size tire with a 4/6 drop?
