I have a 1990 350 T.B.I. K2500 with a blown head gasket i am wanting to do a complete rebuild to the engine it is stock any input on anything i can do to help it i am wanting to use it to run around the farm and pull a short goose neck trailer with it

You could do the ultimate TBI mods to help with airflow and get rid of the breather collar that sits between the air cleaner and TBI. If everything is still apart you could clean the valve throats a bit, there's quite a bit of casting flash just above the valve head.
