I never thought it could be such a PITA to order a wiring harness..

I want to order my double din screen and harness etc.. from this website. http://www.OnlineCarStereo.com

I have a 2003 1500 4wd ecsb with the factory BOSE system, no On-Star.

What do I need to order so that I dont F up all these chimes and lights and stuff and my speakers still work??

Thanks.

If you have bose, you'll need the GMOS-04 harness. That will retain your door chime, and retained access power, plus it will integrate your factory bose amp. The other route would be to buy a GMOS-01 and bypass your bose amp, and you'll still retain your chime and RAP.

I know for mine i would have to get a seperate chime module and such. PAC didnt make one that I could find to retain onstar, bose, chimes, etc. I have the chime module in my room but its nice not hearing them

01xtreme said it, go with the GMOS-04 from Metra. you will need an ASWC (also from Metra) to retain the steering wheel controls for the radio if yours have them . . . and if your aftermarket radio is capable of retaining them

Also call Crutchfield. They won't be the cheapest supplier, but they should be able to get you the correct part the first time if they have it.
