while i was fixing a leaking tranny seal that was filling up the transfer case to the point it was blowing out the vent tube, by the way oreilly, autozone, pepboys and advance are useless for the seal ac delco 8675517 for my 4l80e, they try to give you the wrong seal for a 2wd with the flange and or boot and after a hour of looking don't have it and have trouble even cross referencing the ac delco #, napa and carquest can order it, dealer was closed so i don't know what fun awaits me monday, if anybody stumbles over this post with the same problem just get the thing online or dealer, the delco# comes right up online in a search for about $15

flotech mid length headers into 2.5" U and J bend head pipes into flowmaster merge collector and out 3" pipe through a big ol magnaflow

If the trans is close to a 4l60e there is no rear seal on the tranny, the seal that failed is the input shaft seal on the t-case.

seal done, scored it at the dealer Monday, did the t case seal too as I had one and was there. if it wasn't so far I wouldn't be opposed to doing another but I like good beer and a steak :D

looks like the drive shaft would hit the exhaust at full droop? nice work though!

been together for a few thousand miles and the pipe actually goes under the tail housing so no interference, these pictures are after the fact as I didn't have time to play with a camera while building the system
