Off Set question an tires

looking at getting the fuel octane wheels deep dish not sure the offset want them to hang out a little i believe but not sure also not sure about the tire brand i should get im running fierce mt's now an am not a big fan of them plan on adding bushwhacker extend a flares as well so really need some input on offset thanks

tires have nothing to do with how far they stick out....

what size wheels you looking at? Can get fuels in anything from 18x12 to 22x14...
