Hello,
I have a 85 K10 that I'm building an engine for, it's going to have vortech heads on it and I want to run full length headers. Will full length headers for a 96+ K1500 allow for a drivers' side dipstick and clear everything under the truck. The engine is from 73 model w/ 4 bolt mains and the trans is a 700R4 I may possibly run a deeper oil pan. Also is there any difference in the exhaust ports on the vortech heads as opposed to earlier models?
