OOBS Replacement Seat Belts

So looking at replacing the old sagging belts in the 'Burb and have been finding little to no good replacements. My current belts don't lock up when you slam the brakes so its time to change them. So far these are the options that I have come across and I was wondering if anyone has some reviews of either one. These are to replace the front seat 3 point harness belts for now.

Just a bump...... has anyone had to replace your seat belts? if so what did you use?
