CB's & aftermarket radios

I've got a CB in my truck, as well as a large sound system. I can't really receive anything, as I have to crank the squelch up when using my radio, or it makes a lot of noise. Is there any viable options to look at to be able to have my radio on & use the CB? (Obviously not with the music blasting). It's just a simple Cobra 29LTD & a Radioshack magnetic CB (mistake 1)

get a wilson mag mount ant. get it tuned. if that doesnt work you can buy a preamp that amplifies the incoming signal.

The magnet mount antennas normally use the base for a ground path so as long as its on a large metal surface it should be fine, also there should be a switch on the cb that says something like NBL/ANL make sure thats turned on because thats your noise filter, not sure if your radio has one though
