Advice Needed for 05 CC Speakers.

Ok my speakers have been blown for quite a while and I'm looking to replace them along with a new DD head unit in the very near future. I'm trying to get some ideas so I can do some budgeting. I'm thinking about going with the new Pioneer 8400 DVD system and I'd like some nice sounding speakers to go with it. My truck has the 4 speaker system in it now and I'd like to get some rear speakers that hit pretty hard with some deep base and some good sounding fronts. I'm not really planning on running big amps and don't really want to go the sub woofer route, just something fairly simple and that wont cost me an arm and a leg. I don't really know jack about speakers other than what they do and how to install them so I don't have the slightest idea what to look for.

Any recomendations?

Crutchfield shows this to fit with modifications needed. Does anyone have this unit and how much modification are they talking about?
