Im thinking about installing a new system in my 93 1500, I hate what its got in there now. It has a alpine flip up dvd player (i hate the interface and there is no aux/ipod hookup) a 10" Clarion screen for rear seat. 2 10" boss audio subs (SUCK) a sony xplod amp,a nd pioneer speakers all around.
I'm thinking something along the lines of this setup:
Pioneer deck:

for wiring I'll use 4 gauge knu conceptz wire, and buy a optima battery, maybe 2 and a upgraded alt depending on draw
What do you guys think? have any suggestions on similarly priced amps/subs (im kinds set in deck) I plan on maybe investin in some decent speakers, but a better deck first
