New seats

I picked up a set of olds aurora seats off craigslist for super cheap. They driver is power and im not sure how to wire it up so i was wondering if there was a way to just do away with the power portion on the seat. Ive also read alot about everyone using the seat risers off there old seats and putting them on there new ones. Do i need to use the risers? While i'm on the subject i'll throw this out there i like my new seats but im not dead set on using them i would like to trade with somone for a 88-93 60/40 bench if anyone is interested. Really all i want in the 40 part (driver seat) perferably tan interior

Not sure about those specific seats but a lot of times all you need to do is run +12v and ground to the seat to get all the power functions working. As far as converting the seat to manual, you'd be better off just buying a manual seat as none of the levers or anything are there on the power seat for manual adjustment.
