im looking at getting these headers from amazon, do they seem like a good deal and will they be easy to install. I have access to a fully furnished shop but i have little experience in fabrication. if these bolt straight in i don't see having any problem. let me know what you think.

Not familiar with the TBI manifolds, but do they have the ball type flange like the Vortec's?
I have had them on my 94 for about 4 years now. They are holding up quite well.

Those look similar to my headers, i hate the fact they use collector gasket's instead of the doughnuts, i replace mine damn near every month. i would look for a set with doughnuts.

Could I just get the doughnuts and put them in instead? Is there a difference in the flanges for gaskets or doughnuts?
which does it come with stock?

You need a different flange with donuts compared to regular collector gaskets. If you're replacing gaskets all the time you're either doing something wrong, using cheap gaskets or the exhaust is misaligned. I've had the same gaskets on my daily driven 383 for almost a year & a half and 15,000 miles with no issues.

So I could install these without any modifications, right? Just bolt off the old manifolds and bolt these on? assuming there is no alignment issue or cheap gaskets i should be fine?

No, you will need to weld new collectors on.

If you get stock replacement headers, yes, they will bolt on with no modification to the exhaust.
