Best place to get a molded rubber or vinyl floor?

I want to remove the carpet in my '95 Z71 ex cab and replace it with a durable vinyl or rubber floor. I want it to fit and look good, not some cheap aftermarket, one size fits all deal.

Where can I get a good premolded floor?
