how do i make an H pipe

I've got the exhaust tubing and a wide assortment of tools but what is the best way to cut the curved notches to weld the H together? I want the notches curved and circular to make a good seal and have good flow. Any help or thoughts would be appreciate

Could just buy the right X or H for your pipe diameter, pretty damn cheap.

The thing is I need to build one because the final product needs to be a odd shaped H. I'm putting it in an odd location. Kinda hard to explain. Just trying to find a tool that cuts curves in round pipes.

A big hole saw in a drill press is what is normally used.
