flip down center console

new to the fsc forum i have an 05 chevy 3500 flatbed ,looking to put a flip down center console in ,mine is just a seat that doesnt fold down any one done that

havn't done it, but all you need to find is a crew cab of the same interior as yours, and take out the seat You will have captains chairs tho. Heres a pic of what you most likely need http://prosalvage.com/cmsAdmin/uploads/thumb4/Interior.jpg

you probaly will need the seat belts from the same car if you change the seat. look for it at a scrap yard, its the cheapest place to get it i believe. or on the forums; someone doing a build might be getting rid of theirs and you can pick em up for a few bucks

Look for a 40/20/40 bench seat from a Suburban. The back of the center seat folds down (much like the picture above) and has storage inside. My 2000 has one, but I don't know what other years offered it.

05 should have the belts built into the seats.

2000 Suburban has seatbelts and side airbags built in.

you only need a ju,p seat. no extra belt needed since you have a seat there. I suggest a jump seat from a GMT900(NNBS) since they have the extra cup holder.
